  • 2 Valid government IDs

  • Current Contract & OEC

  • Proof of Address (under borrower’s name; if under spouse or parents, include birth cert or marriage cert)

  • Copy of Seamans book and Passport

  • Sea Service (or seaman’s book with stamps)

  • Co-borrowers’ 2 valid IDs​

Supporting Documents

  • Medical Certificate

  • Flight Details
